How can you join?
Being a new scout family can be confusing at first. If you need guidance and help, send an email to join@pack111arcadia.org and we'll be as helpful as possible.
Step 1: Go to beascout.org and enter your zip code to find your nearest pack.
If you are interested in our pack, we are Pack 0111 Arcadia Firefighters Association.
Click on Apply Now or click here to join Pack 111
Select Youth to fill out an application with your youth's information and parent/guardian information. The last step is to pay the BSA youth registration fee (national), council fee (local), and administrative fee totalling $175 and will renew at the same time each year.
Step 2: Register with Pack 111.
Fill out the Pack 111 New Cub Registration Form.
Step 3: Pay the Pack 111 fee.
Contact a pack leader to calculate your pack fee.
Use the Venmo QR code on your phone or click here, to pay your pack fees.
Add 3% fee if using credit card (no fees if using bank account, check or cash)
In the "What's this for?" box, enter your youth's full name as it appears in the BSA youth application above.
Step 4: Connect with your new pack.
Pack 111 uses the Band app to communicate. You can click here to join the Pack 111 band. Click on Join This Band and enter your youth's name and grade. There you can see events, posts, and chat with the pack in the Pack 111 Arcadia public chat room. Be sure to
Step 5: Purchase your Scout Book and Uniform.

Separately, at your first Pack meeting, you will also buy Pack 111 T-shirts (Class B) for $25 which is used for adventures and activities.
Step 7: Parents take mandatory Safeguarding Youth Training
Go to my.scouting.org, click My Training > Cub Scouting > My Required Training and complete the Safeguarding Youth Training.
Step 8: Come to your first meeting.
We meet as a pack (all scouts) on the first Wednesday of each month at 7 PM in the Camino Grove Elementary School Multi Purpose Room (MPR). You and your scout will come to a meeting, introduce yourself as a new scout to a leader, who can guide you through the rest.
